    This topic describes the types of resources that support Tag API operations and ARN examples. ARN is short for Alibaba Cloud Resource Name.

    An ARN is in the format of arn:acs:${Service}:${Region}:${Account}:${ResourceType}/${ResourceId}. Fields:

    • Service: the code of an Alibaba Cloud service

    • Region: the region ID

      Note

      You can use an asterisk (*) to indicate the current region.

    • Account: the ID of an Alibaba Cloud account

      Note

      You can use an asterisk (*) to indicate the Alibaba Cloud account that you use for logon.

    • ResourceType: the resource type

    • ResourceId: the resource ID
