Causes
You initiated a request that includes a signature, but the AccessKeyId field is disabled.
Examples
You initiated a request that includes a signature in the Authorization header, but the AccessKeyId field of the Authorization header is disabled.
Solutions
Make sure that the AccessKeyId field in the request is correctly specified and is enabled.
