OSS resource plans use different billing cycles depending on the plan type. The remaining quota display reflects how each type tracks and resets consumption — which explains why the value may show - or appear unchanged.
OSS resource plans fall into three types based on their offset rules:
| Plan type | Remaining quota display | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed total capacity | - | A fixed quota is available each hour. The quota resets every hour and cannot be carried over. |
| Monthly subscription | Remaining quota for the month | A fixed quota is available each month. The full quota is restored on the first day of the next month. Unused quota is not carried over. |
| Decreasing total capacity | Remaining quota during the validity period | The total quota decreases linearly based on actual resource consumption throughout the validity period, until the quota is exhausted or the plan expires. |
Important
For monthly subscription plans, the remaining quota equals the full monthly allocation if no quota has been consumed. For decreasing total capacity plans, the remaining quota equals the total capacity if no quota has been consumed.
