Add and manage team members, assign and reclaim seats, and monitor Credits usage in the Token Plan management platform.
Access the management platform
Go to the Token Plan (Team Edition) page, and click Enter Management Platform; or go directly to the . The management platform has two sections: Personal (overview, usage statistics) and Organization (subscription overview, member management, usage analysis).
Roles and permissions

Add members
On the Member Management page, click Add Member.
Enter a username (letters, numbers, and underscores only; cannot start with a number), select a role (Administrator or Member), and complete the creation.
On the Subscription Overview page, find the target plan and click Assign to assign a seat to the member.
After assigning a seat, generate an API Key and provide the API Key and Base URL to the member.

View seat status
On the Subscription Overview page, view the allocation status of all seats, including the number of assigned, unassigned, and expired seats.
Assign a seat
On the Subscription Overview page, find the target plan and click Assign.
Select the member to assign and click OK.
After assignment, the administrator needs to generate an API Key for the seat and provide the API Key and Base URL to the member, who can then call the corresponding models.
Reclaim a seat
On the Subscription Overview page, find the target plan and click Reclaim next to the assigned member. After reclamation, the seat returns to unassigned status and can be reassigned to another member.
Usage analysis
On the Usage Analysis page, the Owner can view:
Usage trend: Credits consumption trend over the past 1, 7, or 30 days.
Model usage: Credits consumed per model within the organization.
Member usage: Credits consumed per member.
FAQ
Is SSO login supported?
The SSO login feature is coming soon. It supports the SAML 2.0 standard protocol and can integrate with your existing enterprise identity provider (IdP) for single sign-on. Members can be added in bulk through invitation links and log in to the management platform using their corporate accounts. Stay tuned.
Can the API key still be used after a seat expires?
After a seat expires, the corresponding API key can no longer call models. Renew the plan and reassign the seat to restore access.
Can a reclaimed seat be assigned to another member?
Yes. After a seat is reclaimed, it returns to unassigned status and can be immediately assigned to another member. The original member's API key is revoked at the same time.
Can the same member switch seats?
Each member can hold only one seat at a time. To switch, reclaim the current seat first, then assign a new one.
