Background information
You are charged for ApsaraDB for Memcache instances based on the pay-as-you-go and subscription billing methods. You can release a pay-as-you-go instance, but you cannot release a subscription instance.
Procedure
Log on to the ApsaraDB for Memcache console.
On the Instances page, find the required instance.
In the Actions column, choose
> Release. In the panel that appears, click OK.
