The purpose of Cosell agreement of Alibaba Cloud Marketplace is to determine the price of the product, to agree the commission ration, to constrain the sales behavior of ISVs on Marketplace and the quality of services provided to the end-users.

First of all, please log into your account and enter the seller-portal.
After finishing the account register and ISV application, the notice of signing Co-sell agreement will appear in the seller portal.
Cosell Agreement is for Vendors who want to publish products with prices, which used to regulate the sales specifications, prices and terms of service of the goods.
The entity name, country, and address of the vendor follow the account registration information and cannot be changed.
Noted: Since the nationality is displayed with the nationality of the account registration, this process is not applicable to domestic overseas partners. For BD or telesales with partners with Chinese entities, please continue to use the previous signing method and use the S54 template.
