ApsaraVideo Live allows you to relay streams from a live center. This topic describes the billing rules of stream relay.
Stream relay from a live center
After you ingest a live stream in ApsaraVideo Live, you can use media processing features such as transcoding to process the stream and then relay the stream to a third-party ingest URL. In this case, you are charged based on the peak number of streams that are relayed per day.
Pricing
The unit price is determined by the peak number of streams that are relayed per day. The following table lists the unit prices in different regions.

Usage statistics
Your usage is calculated based on the peak number of streams that are relayed from different live centers within a single day.
Billing cycle
You are charged on a daily basis. The bills of each day are issued within 1 hour after 00:00 on the following day. The actual time of bill issue is determined by the system. Once the bills are issued, the fees are automatically deducted from your Alibaba Cloud account.
Billing method
You can use the pay-as-you-go billing method.
Billing example
Scenario: On June 18, 2022, the live centers in the China (Beijing) and Singapore regions can relay up to 100 and 50 streams at their peak, respectively.
Fees: 100 streams × USD 0.62/stream/day × 1 day + 50 streams × USD 0.62/stream/day × 1 day = USD 93.
The bills are issued within 1 hour after 00:00 on June 19, 2022. The actual time of bill issue is determined by the system. Once the bills are issued, the fees are automatically deducted from your Alibaba Cloud account.
