Assign licenses
Licenses must be assigned to users before utilizing applications such as Lingma.
If you want to automatically assign licenses to new users, select Assign licenses for new users by default (if remaining licenses > 0). If this option is enabled, licenses are automatically assigned to new users when available. Authorized users then have immediate access to the application. If the licenses expire or are used up, new users do not automatically receive licenses by default.
If Assign licenses for new users by default (if remaining licenses > 0) is cleared, you must manually assign licenses to users after they are added or imported.
Allows for the individual assignment or revocation of licenses for specific application modules to individual users.
Supports filters based on department, application module, and assignment status.
Supports searches by name or username to quickly check the user license assignment status.
Increase licenses
If the number of licenses is insufficient, you can increase the number of licenses by upgrading to an Enterprise Dedicated edition.
