Last Updated:Apr 29, 2025

Before initiating the ICP filing, you need to prepare all the required documents in advance. After uploading the filing documents, the system will conduct an authenticity verification. This topic provides details on the required documents and upload requirements for the ICP filing. Once you have completed the preparation of these documents, you can begin the ICP filing process according to the specified procedure.

Usage notes

Filing with Alibaba Cloud requires associating or purchasing a server that supports filing:

  • If the Alibaba Cloud resources used by your website or app are located in the Chinese mainland, Alibaba Cloud will act as the network access service provider and offer you filing services. You can prepare the required filing documents according to the specifications provided in the filing requirements.

  • If your Alibaba Cloud resources are located outside the Chinese mainland, filing is not required.

  • If you are using non-Alibaba Cloud servers (such as data centers, Huawei, or Tencent), please consult the respective vendors for filing procedures.
