ICP Filing:Register an Alibaba Cloud account for a filing entity

The Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing Management System supports the full lifecycle management of filing applications, changes, cancellations, and filing claims. You need to register an Alibaba Cloud account corresponding to the filing entity in advance before logging into the system.

Usage notes

  • One Alibaba Cloud account can only be used to file for one entity (individual/enterprise organization). Under one entity, multiple websites/apps can be filed. If you need to register multiple filing entities, you must create an independent Alibaba Cloud account for each entity to separately submit ICP filing applications and manage all websites/apps under that entity.

  • For ICP filings completed on the original HiChina platform before January 2017, the information must be migrated to the new Alibaba Cloud account. Create new accounts as needed and assign them based on the number of entities, ensuring that each account is only associated with the filing information of one entity.

Register an Alibaba Cloud account

  1. Create an Alibaba Cloud account.

  2. After completing the account registration, promptly configure the contact person and the contact information for filing purposes to ensure that you can smoothly receive filing notifications. Avoid any delays in obtaining relevant filing information that might impact the progress and outcome of your ICP filing.
