The Alert Management sub-service of Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) is an out-of-the-box IT service management (ITSM) system. It allows you to configure Grafana-native alert rules and forward the alert events to ARMS. This way, you can promptly detect and clear alerts.
