Function Compute provides free trial quotas for users who activate the service for the first time. Resource Access Management (RAM) users that are created in an Alibaba Cloud account share the quotas with the Alibaba Cloud account. Excess resource usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can purchase resource plans to save costs.

The following table lists the trial quotas that Function Compute provides for new users and the billing methods for excess usage.

The trial quotas do not cover disk usage. Disk usage that exceeds 512 MB is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.
The quota of outbound Internet traffic is provided by CDT and shared by eight Alibaba Cloud services, including Function Compute. For more information, see Free quota of Internet traffic provided by CDT
If your Function Compute resources access other services, you must pay attention to the billing of the accessed cloud services.
