Beginning July 1, 2021, Express Connect charges outbound data transfer fees. In addition, the following changes are made to Express Connect:
You are no longer charged initial installation fees.
You are no longer charged virtual border router (VBR) fees.
You are charged outbound data transfer fees. For more information about the billing for outbound data transfer, see Billing overview.
