Before December 31, 2024, Express Connect continues to provide each Alibaba Cloud account with a free outbound data transfer quota of 50 TB each month. From January 1, 2025, Express Connect no longer provides free outbound data transfer quotas. You will be charged for outbound data transfer when you use the Express Connect service.
