This topic describes the compliance requirements for cross-border transmission by using EventBridge.
Please be aware that your use of this product/this function will involve cross-border transfer of your content to the region(s) you choose/regions where the product is deployed. You agree that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that such cross-border transfer of your content is compliant with applicable laws, including providing adequate protection, providing adequate privacy notices and obtaining any required consents to relevant individuals, and that your content is not subject to restrictions or prohibitions from any such transfer or disclosure according to applicable laws, and you further represent and warrant to us that you will ensure such compliance. You shall indemnify Alibaba Cloud and/or its affiliates against any loss or damages suffered by Alibaba Cloud and/or its affiliates in connection with any breach of the foregoing.
