Your responsibilities
You agree that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that any cross-border transfer of your content complies with all applicable laws. Specifically, you must:
Provide adequate protection.
Provide adequate privacy notices to relevant individuals.
Obtain any required consents from relevant individuals.
Confirm that your content is not subject to any legal restrictions or prohibitions on transfer or disclosure.
You represent and warrant to us that you will meet these obligations.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify Alibaba Cloud and/or its affiliates against any losses or damages suffered by Alibaba Cloud and/or its affiliates in connection with a breach of the obligations described on this page.
