When you deploy an application, Enterprise Distributed Application Service (EDAS) adds default parameters of the startup command. These parameters are used to optimize the performance of the application. These parameters can also be used to ensure that the middleware and management features can be used on the application.

Parameter Value Description Parameter
alicloud.deployment.mode EDAS_MANAGED Allows EDAS to automatically replace the endpoint of the middleware component with the endpoint that is provided by EDAS. It also allows EDAS to add authentication information. Microservices
spas.identity /home/admin/.spas_key/default The file that stores the authentication information of the middleware. The value corresponds to the value of each tenant.id parameter. Microservices
address.server.domain addr-sh-internal.edas.aliyun.com The address of the address server for the middleware. Only one value is provided for each region. You can use this address to query the actual IP address of the middleware server. Microservices
address.server.port 8080 The port number of the address server for the middleware. You can use this address to query the actual IP address of the middleware server. Microservices
configserver.client.port 8000 The port number of the ConfigServer. After you specify this parameter, ConfigServer Client connects to this port. Microservices

-javaagent /home/admin/.opt/ArmsAgent/arms-bootstrap-1.7.0-SNAPSHOT.jar When a Java application starts, a Java agent is mounted to the Java application by default. The Java agent includes free edition of Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS). It provides microservice capabilities, such as graceful disconnection of services and removal of outliers. Microservices
project.name Actual value The ID of the application. Application management
ahas.project.name Actual value The name of the application. The Application High Availability Service (AHAS) component is used to obtain the application name from this parameter. Application management
