If you no longer need to share custom images with other Alibaba Cloud accounts, you can unshare the images.
Usage notes
After shared images are unshared from Alibaba Cloud accounts, the following results occur:
The accounts can no longer query the images by using the Elastic Compute Service (ECS) console or by calling an API operation.
The accounts can no longer use the images to create ECS instances or change the system disks of ECS instances.
The system disks of ECS instances that were created from the shared images cannot be re-initialized.
Procedure
Log on to the ECS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
In the top navigation bar, select the region and resource group to which the resource belongs.
On the Custom Images tab, find the shared custom image and click Unshare Image in the Actions column.
In the Unshare Image dialog box, select the account ID from which you want to unshare the image and click Unshare Image.
