When a Data Transmission Service (DTS) dedicated cluster runs low on disk capacity, you can increase the storage space of all nodes in the cluster without adding new nodes. This topic describes how to resize node storage from the DTS console.
This operation increases the storage space of all nodes in the cluster simultaneously.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
A DTS dedicated cluster in your account
Resize node storage
Go to the Dedicated Cluster page.
In the top navigation bar, select the region where your cluster is located.
On the Cluster Task page, open the resize disk page using either method:
Find the cluster, click the
icon in the Actions column, and select Resize Disk.Find the cluster, click its ID or click Details in the Actions column. On the Cluster Management page, click Resize Disk.

On the configuration change page, set the following parameters:
Parameter Description Cluster Type of DTS Instance The cluster type. Select Dedicated Cluster. Storage Space of Dedicated Cluster Node The new storage size for each node. Must be greater than the current storage size. Select the check box to agree to the Terms of Service, then click Buy Now.
On the Purchase page, complete the payment as prompted.
What's next
After the storage expansion takes effect, monitor your cluster's disk usage to determine when additional scaling may be needed. To scale compute capacity instead, see Add nodes to a DTS dedicated cluster.
