Data Security Center (DSC) supports the email report feature. You can create weekly or monthly reports and periodically send statistical charts of your asset data and sensitive data to the specified email address. This helps you understand the security status of your assets in a timely manner. This topic describes how to create an email report.
Create an email report
Log on to the DSC console.
On the System Settings page, click the Alert notification tab.
On the System Settings page, click the Mail report tab. On the Mail report tab, configure parameters and click OK.
DSC supports monthly and weekly reports. You can click Weekly or Monthly report to configure email reports.
Before you add an email address, you must enter a verification code to verify the ownership of the email address. This prevents data leaks caused by email reports that are sent to an unauthorized email address. The verified email address is automatically added to the Mail report recipient field.
Preview or export a report
After you configure a weekly or monthly report, you can click Report preview. In the Weekly preview or Monthly preview panel, view the report details.
If you want to view the report on your own computer, you can click Export in the Weekly preview or Monthly preview panel. The report is saved to the default download path of your browser.
