Resource Center provides a unified view of resources across accounts, products, and regions. You can search by region, product, resource type, resource ID, name, or tag, and navigate to the corresponding console directly from the results.

Global resource view
View resources across products and regions. With a single Alibaba Cloud account, you see all resources under that account. With Resource Directory, the management account can view resources of all member accounts.

Search for resources by region, product, resource type, resource ID, name, or tag.

Operations and management
Navigate from search results to the corresponding cloud service console in one click. The resource details page provides operational tools such as resource operation history.
Resource Center provides only a unified view and search of resources. It has no delete button and does not support releasing resources directly. To clean up idle or billable resources and stop billing, release or delete them in the console of the corresponding service, such as ECS or RDS. Use the resource ID and resource type found in Resource Center to locate the resource in that console.

Billing
This service is free of charge. You can use it immediately after you activate it.
You only need to pay for the Alibaba Cloud services that you activate. When you use the resource delivery feature to deliver data to services such as Object Storage Service (OSS) and Simple Log Service, you are charged for the services based on their billing methods.
