You can configure notification rules for alert events generated by Global Traffic Manager (GTM) and on-premises DNS.
GTM
When Global Traffic Manager generates alert events, the system sends alert notifications based on your alert settings, targeting specific event types to designated recipients through notification methods.
Procedure
Switch to the Global Traffic Manager tab.
Select Alert Group.
NoteAlert contact groups are read from the alert contact groups you configured in CloudMonitor. For more information, see Create an alert contact or alert contact group.
You can configure a maximum of 5 alert contact groups and a minimum of 1 group.
Domain name instances inherit global alert configurations by default.
Text message alerts are not supported on the international site.
Configure alert notification methods.
Notification Methods: Types of events that trigger alerts and the notification methods. Alert Event Types include Address Unavailable, Address Recovered to Available, Address Pool Unavailable, and Address Pool Recovered to Available. Alert methods include Email Notification, Chatbot Notification, and Text Message Notification. Chatbot notifications support DingTalk, WeCom, and Lark.

On-premises DNS
When on-premises DNS generates alert events, the system sends alert notifications to specified alert recipients based on your alert settings for events of specified alert levels.
To prevent alert notification failures caused by network interruptions between the local environment and the cloud console, the local management proxy service of the Self-managed DNS software is responsible for sending alert notifications after you configure alerts.
Procedure
Switch to the On-premises DNS tab.
Configure alert notifications.
Alert Level: Currently supported alert levels include Severity, Advanced and Above, Intermediate and Above, and All Levels.
Repeated Alert Notification Time: Set the time for repeated alert notifications.
Set alert methods.
You can select Email Notification, Text Message Notification, Webhook Notification, and Syslog Notification.
