Starting from April 1, 2025, Data Management (DMS) will adjust the billing rules for OceanBase databases in MySQL mode from cluster-based to tenant-based. This adjustment aims to improve the management of ApsaraDB for OceanBase databases and self-managed OceanBase databases in MySQL mode in DMS and to align billing rules with management granularities, such as database management, permissions, and access control.

After the adjustment, the inventory of OceanBase cluster instances in MySQL mode may become insufficient, which affects the use of cluster instances in DMS.
