:Task 360 overview

Limitations

• Only Alibaba Cloud accounts, RAM users with AliyunDataWorksFullAccess permissions, tenant administrators, and tenant-level data governance administrators can select any workspace. Other accounts can only select workspaces where they are assigned an administrator role. For more information about how to grant the AliyunDataWorksFullAccess permissions, see Control user permissions.

• This feature supports tasks of the following types: MaxCompute, E-MapReduce, Hologres, Data Integration, ClickHouse, CDH, and general tasks.

Go to the Task 360 page

1. Log on to the DataWorks console. In the target region, click Data Governance > Data Asset Governance in the left-side navigation pane. Click Go to Data Asset Governance.

2. In the top navigation bar, click Workbench. On the Workbench page, in the navigation pane on the left, click Task 360 to go to the Task 360 page.

Task overview

1. Select a task to view.

   At the top of the page, select a workspace from the Workspace list, choose a task type from the Task type list, and enter a task ID or name in the Tasks search box.

2. View the complete overview of the task.

   You can view the following information about the task:

   Feature	Description
   Basic information	Displays key information about the task, including its properties, scheduling details, and the upstream and downstream lineage of its output tables. Note For more information about scheduling properties, see Configure time properties. To view detailed lineage information for a table, click the table name in the Table Information section to navigate to the table details page in Data Map.
   Governance Items for Node	Displays optimization issues identified for the task. You can filter the issues by Governance Issue and Status, or sort them by Deduction, Detected At, and Duration. To resolve an issue, click its name or click Handle in the Actions column. This redirects you to the Governance Issue page in Workbench. Note For more information about governance issues, see Handle governance issues.
   Task Associated Baseline	If a task is an upstream dependency for a baseline, it affects the baseline's data output. In the Task Associated Baseline section, you can view the baselines that are monitored for the current task and their daily execution status. This includes the Baseline Name, Completed At, and Committed Completion Time. Click a baseline name to go to the Intelligent Baselines page and view its execution details.    Task Execution Information	Displays the execution status of instances generated for the task in the last 30 days. Filter these instances by Instance ID, Execution Status, or Operation type. To view details for an instance, click View Details in the Actions column for a specific Instance ID to go to the Operation Center page.
   Metric Trend	Displays the trends of the task's metrics over time, such as Run when Long, Start time, Completed At, Scheduling Waiting Time, Consumed CPUs, and Consumed Memory.
   Event Records	Displays the operational history of the task and the resolution progress for governance issues.
