To provide more comprehensive service systems, improve user experience, and better meet business requirements, Alibaba Cloud makes the following changes to the shared resource group for Data Integration (debugging) of DataWorks Data Integration:
From April 1, 2024, you can no longer configure the shared resource group for Data Integration for a task when you create the task. Existing tasks for which you have configured the resource group are not affected and can still run on the resource group. If your tasks use the shared resource group for Data Integration, you cannot modify the tasks from April 1, 2024. You can modify the tasks only if you switch the resource group to an exclusive resource group for Data Integration for the tasks before April 1, 2024.
From September 1, 2024, the shared resource group for Data Integration no longer provides services. Tasks that use the resource group can no longer be run.
If your tasks use the shared resource group for Data Integration, you must switch the resource group to an exclusive resource group for Data Integration for your tasks before September 1, 2024. Otherwise, the tasks stop running, and data synchronization cannot be implemented by using the shared resource group for Data Integration.
An exclusive resource group for Data Integration not only supports the capabilities provided by the shared resource group for Data Integration, but also provides more features, higher-quality services, and better performance, and can ensure the stable and efficient running of your task.
