Database Autonomy Service:Real-time performance monitoring

Last Updated:Sep 13, 2023

Database Autonomy Service (DAS) provides the real-time monitoring feature to monitor database instances. You can use this feature to check the performance of your database instance in real time during stress testing or peak hours.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the DAS console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Instance Monitoring.
  3. Find the database instance that you want to manage and click the instance ID. The instance details page appears.
  4. In the left-side navigation pane, click Real-time Monitoring. On the page that appears, you can view the monitoring data that is collected at specific points in time, such as the number of slow queries, queries per second (QPS), transactions per second (TPS), the number of connections, usage of InnoDB cache, network traffic, and the statistics of InnoDB row lock waits.
Note DAS provides two views: Real-time Charts and Real-time Tables.
