You can configure the gateway IP address during OVA image installation by deploying an OVF template.
Procedure
After you download the OVA image from the CSG console, set up the gateway on a local VMware virtual machine by deploying an OVF template. For more information, see Install a VMware OVA image.
During the deployment, you can configure an IP address and DNS for the CSG on the Custom Template page. After the deployment is complete, you can log on to the local CSG console using SSH or a browser.
On the Custom Template page, you must also configure Gateway and Netmask (CIDR notation) in addition to the IP address and DNS. The netmask value must be an integer from 0 to 32 (for example, 24).
