You can view the details of a failed RAM user provisioning event.
Procedure
- Log on to the CloudSSO console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- On the Dead-letter Event tab, view the list of failed RAM user provisioning events.
- Find the required member in a resource directory and click View in the Actions column to view the details of the failed RAM user provisioning event.
- Find the required member in a resource directory and click Retry in the Actions column to retry the failed RAM user provisioning event.
- Find the required member in a resource directory and click Delete in the Actions column to delete the failed RAM user provisioning event.
