You can view the details of a failed RAM user provisioning event.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the CloudSSO console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose RAM User Provisioning > RAM User Provisioning Event.
  3. On the Dead-letter Event tab, view the list of failed RAM user provisioning events.
    • Find the required member in a resource directory and click View in the Actions column to view the details of the failed RAM user provisioning event.
    • Find the required member in a resource directory and click Retry in the Actions column to retry the failed RAM user provisioning event.
    • Find the required member in a resource directory and click Delete in the Actions column to delete the failed RAM user provisioning event.
