You can apply the account baseline to an existing account. When you apply the account baseline to an existing account, the existing parameters are not modified for the account, and only parameters of new baseline items are added.

Apply the account baseline to a single account

  1. Log on to the Cloud Governance Center console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Account Factory.
  3. In the Accounts section of the Account Factory page, find the account that you want to manage and click Apply Account Baseline in the Actions column.
  4. Select a baseline and a baseline item.
    1. In the Baseline dialog box, select a baseline.
    2. Select a baseline item.
      For more information about baseline items, see Baseline items.
    3. Click OK.
  5. Configure baseline item parameters.
  6. Click Next: Preview to preview all baseline item parameters.
  7. Click Execute.
    If the account is in the Successful state in the Accounts section, the account baseline is applied.

Apply the account baseline to multiple accounts

  1. Log on to the Cloud Governance Center console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Account Factory.
  3. On the Account Factory page, click Apply to all existing accounts. in the Get Started with Account Factory section.
  4. Select a baseline and a baseline item.
    1. In the Baseline dialog box, select a baseline.
    2. Select a baseline item.
      For more information about baseline items, see Baseline items.
    3. Click OK.
  5. On the Apply to all existing accounts page, click Account. In the Member Accounts panel, select one or more accounts.
    You can select multiple accounts.
  6. Configure baseline item parameters.
  7. Click Next: Preview to preview each baseline item parameter.
  8. Click Execute.
    If the accounts are in the Successful state in the Accounts section, the account baseline is applied.
