1. Does not depend on ports or protocols. Uses deep packet inspection (DPI), flow fingerprint analysis, and heuristic scanning to accurately identify the actual applications carried in traffic.
2. Supports 20 application categories, including artificial intelligence, social media, and office collaboration, and covers more than 2,000 APP-ID applications.
