What happens automatically

On the effective date, Cloud Firewall automatically stops generating renewal fees for your multi-account management quota starting from your next renewal cycle.

Note: After the adjustment takes effect, you cannot unsubscribe from the remaining quota in your current renewal cycle, and historical renewal fees are not refundable.

Request a partial refund before July 8, 2025

To get a refund for the unused portion of your current renewal cycle, reduce the multi-account management quota to 1 in the Cloud Firewall console before July 8, 2025. The system automatically refunds the unused portion of your current cycle. Historical renewal amounts are not refunded.

After the downgrade, multi-account management is free from your next renewal cycle.

For instructions, see Downgrade and Renewal.

Note: This change does not affect your running business.

FAQ

Does this change affect my current multi-account management setup?

No. This change does not affect your business. The adjustment only affects billing — the feature continues to work as before.

Do I need to do anything before July 8, 2025?

No action is required. The system adjusts billing automatically on the effective date. Optionally, reduce the quota to 1 before July 8 if you want a refund for the unused days in your current renewal cycle.

Can I get a refund for historical renewal fees I already paid?

No. Historical renewal fees are not refundable. Only the unused portion of your current renewal cycle is refundable, and only if you perform the self-service downgrade before July 8, 2025.

What if I do nothing before July 8?

The system automatically stops generating renewal fees starting from your next renewal cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining quota in your current cycle.
