Disassociates a bandwidth package from a Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) instance. After the disassociation, the bandwidth package can be associated with another CEN instance.
Operation description
Disassociates a bandwidth package from a Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) instance. Before you call this operation, make sure that no inter-region bandwidth is configured for the bandwidth package. You can call DescribeCenInterRegionBandwidthLimits to query inter-region bandwidth, and then call SetCenInterRegionBandwidthLimit to set BandwidthLimit to 0 to delete the configured inter-region bandwidth.
