Batch Compute:Limits

Last Updated:Apr 12, 2018

The Batch Compute resource pool is shared among users. When you apply for cluster resources, the allocated number of resources may be smaller than the requested number of resources, and you may need to queue up and wait when submitting a task.

Virtual machines (VMs) are the Batch Compute computing nodes. These VMs neither have Internet IP addresses and you cannot access to Internet. However, you can create a Batch Compute node within your VPC-Connected instance and use the NAT gateway service for Internet connection.
