This topic describes how to trigger a transcoding task in a workflow in the ApsaraVideo Media Processing (MPS) console.
Procedure
- Go to the MPS console.
Log on to the MPS console.
- Add buckets and create Object Storage Service (OSS) storage paths.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Input Buckets and Output Buckets. For more information, see Add media buckets.
. On the page that appears, configure - Enable a pipeline.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Activate or pause an MPS queue.
. For more information, see - Create a workflow.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Create a workflow.
. For more information, see - Upload a file.
You can upload a video file by using the MPS console or by using OSS. We recommend that you upload a video file by using OSS. After you upload the file, a media file for which workflow conditions are executed is automatically generated. For more information about how to upload a video file, see Video file upload and workflow execution.Note You can transcode video files that are uploaded to OSS in a workflow of MPS. Multiple video files can be transcoded at a time. The video file that is transcoded in an automatically triggered workflow is stored in the folder in which the input file is stored. You can configure multiple output paths for a video file that is transcoded in a manually triggered workflow. For more information, see Matching rule for workflow file triggering.
- View output media files
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Media list.
. For more information, seeFor more information about how to view the status of a workflow, see View execution Instances.
