As of November 25, 2022, new users can no longer create ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ 4.x instances. This restriction applies to both the Standard Edition and the Enterprise Platinum Edition. Existing users are not affected and can continue to create and use ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ 4.x instances.

A new user is any Alibaba Cloud account (identified by UID) that had never created an ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ 4.x instance of the Standard Edition or Enterprise Platinum Edition before November 25, 2022.
