ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ provides a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.95% per billing month. If uptime falls below this threshold, you can claim service credits based on the following tiers.
| Monthly Uptime Percentage | Service credit (percentage of monthly fee) |
|---|---|
| Less than 99.95% but equal to or greater than 99.00% | 15% |
| Less than 99.00% but equal to or greater than 95.00% | 30% |
| Less than 95.00% | 100% |
