ApsaraDB for HBase:Change the threshold value of disk usage

Last Updated:May 10, 2023

This topic describes how to change the threshold value of disk usage in the ApsaraDB for HBase console.

Usage notes

If disk usage reaches a specified threshold value, ApsaraDB for HBase reminds the account contact by sending an internal message or a text message, or by email. If the disk usage reaches 95%, you cannot write data. We recommend that you pay attention to alert notifications and set a threshold value of disk usage based on your business requirements.

Note

You can change the account contact and alert notification method. Go to Message Center, select Common Settings, find ApsaraDB Fault or Maintenance Notifications in the Fault Message section, and then change the alert notification method and account contact that correspond to ApsaraDB Fault or Maintenance Notifications.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the ApsaraDB for HBase console.
  2. In the top navigation bar, select the region where the cluster that you want to manage is deployed.
  3. On the Clusters page, click the ID of the cluster.
  4. In the Core Node Information section of the Basic Information page, click Edit next to Warning Line.

  5. In the Edit Warning Line dialog box that appears, move the slider to set the threshold value of disk usage.

  6. Click OK.
