Troubleshooting steps
- Check the status of your Anti-DDoS Pro or Anti-DDoS Premium instance. An instance under blackhole filtering is inaccessible from the internet. Check the Status of your instance on the Instances page of the Anti-DDoS Proxy console.

- Verify that you have added your services to the instance. Ping requests will fail if no website service or non-website service is configured.
- If the issue persists after you perform standard network tests, collect logs from Ping or MTR and contact Alibaba Cloud technical support.
