:Troubleshoot ping failures in Anti-DDoS Pro or Premium

This topic explains how to resolve ping failures for services protected by Anti-DDoS Pro or Anti-DDoS Premium.

Troubleshooting steps

  • Check the status of your Anti-DDoS Pro or Anti-DDoS Premium instance. An instance under blackhole filtering is inaccessible from the internet.
    Check the Status of your instance on the Instances page of the Anti-DDoS Proxy console.实例状态
  • Verify that you have added your services to the instance. Ping requests will fail if no website service or non-website service is configured.
  • If the issue persists after you perform standard network tests, collect logs from Ping or MTR and contact Alibaba Cloud technical support.
