You must change the DNS servers on the website of your domain name registrar, so your domain name can be resolved by the specified DNS servers.
If your domain name is registered with Alibaba Cloud, Alibaba Cloud DNS provides DNS servers to resolve your domain name by default. If you want your domain name to be resolved by other DNS servers, such as the DNS servers you build or offered by other DNS service providers, you must change the DNS servers on Alibaba Cloud DNS. For more information, see Change the DNS servers of your domain name.
The time required for the change of DNS servers to take effect depends on the TTL values of your DNS records. The TTL specifies how long a local DNS server caches a domain name, which is usually 48 hours.
