    This topic describes how to troubleshoot issues if the width and height of a transcoded file are opposite to those configured in the applied transcoding template.

    Problem description

    The width and height of a transcoded file are opposite to those configured in the applied transcoding template.

    Troubleshooting

    1. View the parameters of the transcoded file.

    2. View the parameters of the applied transcoding template.

    3. The width and height of the transcoded file are opposite to those configured in the applied transcoding template. Troubleshoot the issues. A possible reason is that the mezzanine file contains the Rotation parameter. In this case, the template rotates the mezzanine file and then transcodes it.

    4. The Rotation parameter of the mezzanine file takes effect during transcoding and is removed from the transcoded file.
