Support embedded signup

You can use the embedded signup page to quickly register a WhatsApp Business account (WABA) in Facebook Business Manager. You can add users to your ISV account and apply for phone numbers by using the integrated system. You do not need to log on to the Alibaba Cloud console to apply for an account. You must provide users the access to ISV Agreement and make sure the agreement is signed online or offline before you provide the Chat App Message Service.

Bind the WABA with ChatAPP and register phone numbers

After you register a WABA on the embedded signup page, you need to bind the WABA with Chat App. You can query the account information and status, such as the reviewing state and the blocked state, and you are informed when the account status changes.

Migrate phone numbers

You can migrate phone numbers from other Business Solution Providers (BSPs) to Chat App by calling the API in Facebook Business Manager. After you call the API, the system completes the migration automatically online.

Manage phone numbers

You can view the verification status, connection status, quality rating, and upper limits on phone numbers under the WABA. You can update information by using a webhook.

For example, you can obtain a list of phone numbers, synchronize the review status of a phone number, modify information about a phone number by calling the API, and configure a webhook by calling the API. You can apply for phone numbers by using the embedded signup SDK.

Design message templates

You can synchronize WABA templates to Chat App and create multi-language templates online. You can push the review status of a new template to ChatAPP and quickly and intuitively learn about the review status.

Send messages

You can use message templates in multiple languages to send a large number of messages at the same time. You can choose to send the messages immediately or at a specific period of time.
