This topic describes how to truncate data in a table in DMS.
Prerequisites
You have access permissions to DMS and you have logged on to the DMS console.
Procedure
Select a database, and click Log on to Database.
In the left-side table list, right-click a table and select Truncate Table in the menu.
Truncating table data may affect your data usage. DMS prompts you to confirm whether you want to truncate the data in the table. Click Yes if you want to truncate the data. DMS truncates the data of the selected table.
Open the table to check whether its data has been truncated.
No data can be found in the table after DMS truncates the table data.
