Enterprise Distributed Application Service:What do I do if I fail to manage my application?

Causes

If Enterprise Distributed Application Service (EDAS) Agent does not work as expected, you may fail to start, stop, or deploy your application.

Solutions

  1. Log on to the EDAS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Management > ECS.

  3. On the ECS page, view the Agent Status column of your application instance.

    • If EDAS Agent is installed on the instance, the Agent Status column displays Online.

    • If EDAS Agent is not installed or fails to be installed on the instance, the Agent Status column displays Unknown or Exception.

  4. If the Agent Status column displays Exception, troubleshoot the issue. For more information, see What do I do when an agent is in the Unknown or Exception state after I install it?
