When you trigger an image build from a self-managed GitLab repository, Container Registry Enterprise Edition (ACR EE) connects to your GitLab instance over the public internet using a set of fixed outbound IP addresses. To allow this connection, add all outbound IP addresses for your region to your GitLab IP allowlist.
Only ACR EE supports outbound public IP addresses for image builds. Container Registry Personal Edition (ACR PE) does not support this feature.
