Billing
The metricstore created for the Managed Service for Prometheus provides complimentary default storage, indexing, and read and write operations. However, charges are incurred for additional features such as data transformation, consumption, alerts, and shipping in the Simple Log Service. Limits
The dedicated metricstore is exclusive to the Managed Service for Prometheus and does not support the writing of other data types. The dedicated metricstore has a default storage duration of 180 days, which can only be modified through the Managed Service for Prometheus. There are no specific constraints on features such as query analysis, alerts, or consumption.
