    Endpoint error

    Symptom

    AccessDenied: The bucket you are attempting to access must be addressed using the specified endpoint. Please send all future requests to this endpoint.

    Cause

    The error message indicates a mismatch between the regions of the Simple Log Service project and the OSS bucket.

    Solution

    Ensure that the Simple Log Service project and the OSS bucket are located in the same region. For more information, see Endpoints.

    RAM role does not exist

    Symptom

    EntityNotExist.Role: The role does not exist:

    Cause

    The error message indicates that the RAM role does not exist. This is likely due to an incorrect Alibaba Cloud Resource Name (ARN).

    Solution

    Specify a correct ARN. For more information, see How do I obtain the ARN of a RAM role?

    No object access privileges

    Symptom

    You have no right to access this object because of bucket ACL.

    Cause

    The error message indicates insufficient access privileges to the object. This is caused by the access control list (ACL) policy settings of the OSS bucket, which restrict the write operations of Simple Log Service.
