    This topic describes how to troubleshoot the issue that the HttpEndpoint operation fails to receive messages.

    Solution

    To troubleshoot the issue, perform the following steps:

    1. Use the Debugging tool for topic HTTP endpoints to debug the authentication logic and message processing logic of the HttpEndpoint operation.

    2. If the authentication logic and message processing logic are normal, you can view Message Service logs to check the message push process and results. For information about how to view logs, see Log management.
