This page lists the instance types for YiTian primary ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL instances on the original ARM architecture, including CPU, memory, maximum connections, IOPS, I/O bandwidth, and supported storage options.

YiTian instance types support MySQL 8.0 and MySQL 5.7.
YiTian instance types for RDS High-availability Edition and RDS Cluster Edition are available in China (Hangzhou), China (Shanghai), China (Beijing), China (Zhangjiakou), China (Ulanqab), China (Shenzhen), China (Guangzhou), China (Chengdu), Indonesia (Jakarta), China (Hong Kong), and Singapore. More regions will be added over time. Check the buy page for the latest availability.
YiTian instance types for RDS Basic Edition are available in specific regions. Check the ApsaraDB RDS buy page for the latest availability.
Instance types vary by region. The buy page is the authoritative source.
Maximum connections refers to the maximum number of processes that can connect to the RDS instance simultaneously.
General-purpose instance types share physical resources and do not guarantee maximum IOPS or maximum I/O bandwidth. For IOPS-sensitive workloads, use dedicated instance types.
RDS High-availability Edition and RDS Cluster Edition support automatic storage scaling and automatic performance scaling. For details, see Automatic storage expansion.
