Causes of overdue payments
The attached account has an insufficient balance.

Overdue payment alert | The system checks whether your account balance is sufficient for the next three billing cycles based on the average payable amount for the service over the last 7 hours. If the balance is insufficient, the system sends you a reminder by text message or email. Warning If a payment becomes overdue, your service may be suspended. The system sends you reminders. After an overdue payment |

If the payment is overdue for more than 15 days, the instance is released. The data on the instance is then deleted and cannot be recovered. | The data cannot be recovered. |

Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.
On the Account Overview page, view the overdue amount.
