[Description]: 03:35 on Dec 16, 2016 (UTC+8:00), it is reported that users in part of areas failed to access CDN nodes.
[Reason]: The traffic of part of CDN nodes behaves abnormally.

Failure recovery: After emergent reparation, CDN service recovered and can be accessed.
