ApsaraDB for MariaDB TX Pricing Rules
Billing methods and billing items
ApsaraDB for MariaDB TX supports the following billing methods:
|Subscription||•Requires you to make a prepayment when you create an instance.
•Subscription-based instances can be more cost-effective than Pay-As-You-Go instances over a long-term period as they offer greater discounts.
•You cannot release a Subscription-based instance within the subscription period. To cancel a subscription within the subscription period, you must pay the required service fees. For more information, see Rules for canceling the subscription of an Alibaba Cloud service.
•You cannot switch a Subscription-based instance to a Pay-As-You-Go instance.
|Pay-As-You-Go||•Your instances are billed based on actual usage. A Pay-As-You-Go instance is billed hourly. The hourly fee is calculated based on the specification of the instance and deducted from your Alibaba Cloud account accordingly.
•Pay-As-You-Go instances are more cost-effective over a short-term period. You can release the instance immediately when an instance is no longer needed.
